The Nova Scotia Experience: Express Entry, one of Nova Scotia's provincial nominee programs, is for people who have worked in Nova Scotia for at least one year and wish to live permanently in the province.

Have at least 1 year of work experience in Nova Scotia

Have a Canadian high school credential or equivalent

Prove language ability in English or French on the Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB)
NOC 0 or A: CLB7 or above in English or French
NOC B: CLB5 or above in English or French

Demonstrate an intention to live permanently in NS and contribute to the province's economy
Eligible Employers

Registered and have a permanent establishment in NS

Has operated in NS for at least 2 years when the applicant's employment started
